As part of its expanded outreach program, the Comptroller of Public Accounts' Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD) has released a training video to assist homeowners in presenting their case at an appraisal review board (ARB) hearing.

The video is designed to help homeowners be more organized in their hearing, which ought to help reduce the time spent in hearings before the ARB and should also help set reasonable expectations about the hearing process.
